Passionate about wine and exceptional guest experiences? A vibrant tasting room is seeking a confident and hands-on Floor Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the team from the floor.
This role requires strong hospitality experience (minimum 3 years in a supervisory position), excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver warm, professional service while driving sales. You’ll oversee service standards, support wine tastings, manage guest queries, and ensure the space is always welcoming and well presented.
