We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE:
The Facilities Manager oversees and manages the security and maintenance staff to ensure our client’s buildings and grounds are clean and safe. All aspects are overseen of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff, and exhibiting high multitasking and organizational abilities.
The Facilities Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.
