We are a Fine Dining Restaurant based at the V&A Waterfront that proud ourselves in exceptional service and delicious food.
We are looking for a hard working, physically fit and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager who can add to our already great team and add to the guest experience at our award winning establishment.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Managerial Experience working in upmarket/fine dining environments
- Good Food and Wine Knowledge
- Own transport
- Excellent command of the English Language
Duties will be (but not limited to):
- Assisting the General Manger where needed.
- Training and Supervision of all FOH Staff
- Admin such as rostering, daily cash ups, banking, petty cash, stock takes, stock ordering, menus, reservations (experience with Dineplan would be advantageous), emails and functions.
- Ensuring service excellence at all times
Start Date: The ideal candidate must be able to start in May 2026
Salary: Market Related depending on experience
