We are looking for a Front of House (FOH) Junior Manager to join our dynamic team at Dekkersvlei Vineyards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day FOH operations
- Opening in the mornings / closing in the evenings
- Working weekends and public holidays
- Cash-ups and handling payments
- Managing staff shifts
- Liaising with the kitchen team
- Checking supplier orders and placing orders
- Assisting on the floor during busy service and overseeing FOH staff
- Making coffees and assisting customers
- Conducting wine tastings and wine tours
- Assisting with admin-related tasks
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong team player
- Able to work independently
- Presentable and professional
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Own reliable transport
- Previous hospitality experience will be advantageous
