Wine Advisor (Weekends Only) - Simonsig Wines

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable wine enthusiast with a knack for customer service?

We are looking for dynamic and engaging Wine Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will conduct wine tastings, educate visitors on our unique story, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Experience: Welcoming visitors, conducting guided wine tastings, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Sales: Promoting and selling our wines and merchandise, and upselling additional experiences like tours and events.
• Operations: Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the tasting room, including cash handling and stock take.
• Events: Supporting the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
