General Information
The cheese factory is built in 1992, afterwards a lot of parts and machinery are renewed, optimized and/ or overhauled. The cheese factory is very well maintained; production is going smooth 24/7.
The year capacity is maximum of 32,000 Tons Euro block (Semi-hard cheeses, like Edam 40+ and Gouda 48+). Batch time is 24-25 minutes; net production time is 20 hours per day (48 batches).
Controls: generally, Siemens S5 and is recommended to renew.
