Our client, a multi-division estate operating within the wine tourism and events industry, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven operations manager to lead the venue’s daily operations and ensure structured, efficient and compliant performance across all departments.
Key responsibilities:
• full operational oversight of the venue and facilities
• drive revenue growth and manage budgets and cost controls
• lead and develop a high-performing team
• ensure health & safety, maintenance and compliance standards
• oversee seamless execution of events and meetings
• implement commercial strategies and manage bar operations
• enforce SOP's, accountability and brand standards
requirements:
• 5–8 years’ hospitality and venue operations management experience
• strong financial and commercial acumen
• proven leadership in fast-paced, high-standard environments
• professional, disciplined and solutions-driven
• this role requires maturity, discipline and strategic thinking.
