Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior waiter role (luxury environment preferred)
  • Strong food & beverage and wine knowledge
  • Confident engaging with high-end clientele
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Well-presented, reliable, and service-driven
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Key Duties:

  • Support daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure smooth service and high standards
  • Assist with staff training, rosters, and cash-ups
  • Maintain strong guest relations and team communication
