We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Griller to join an upmarket Wine Estate in Klapmuts. Over the years our Client has become a premier destination for wine, cuisine and art.

The role: A griller is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables to exact specifications. Core duties include monitoring grill temperatures, ensuring food safety and correct doneness, maintaining station cleanliness, managing inventory, and communicating effectively with waitstaff and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

We are seeking a griller with at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, proficiency in temperature and timing control. A Matric/Grade 12 certificate is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate food safety knowledge, multitasking skills, and the ability to work under high pressure during peak hours.

Start Date: Priority Position
