De Grendel Restaurant, situated in Panorama and facing the beautiful Table Mountain, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable Head Pastry Chef with a passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence to join their restaurant team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head Chef and should be well-organised, with the ability to work accurately and under pressure.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
*Relevant qualification;
*Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
*Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team;
*Own reliable transport.
