We are looking for a reliable and semi-skilled Facilities General Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in painting, basic plumbing, general maintenance, and garden upkeep.

Key Duties:

  • Perform painting as required
  • Carry out basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps)
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance (doors, fixtures)
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and general garden care.
  • Ensure facilities and surrounding grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with preventative maintenance schedules

Candidates must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset are essential.
