You will manage check-in and check-out, assist guests with requests and recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience while embodying Calm, Confident, Warm, and Precise (CCWP) service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle check-in/out and reservations using Opera PMS.
- Assist guests with requests, information, and local recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members during busy periods and maintain a discreet, effortless service style.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
