Located a mere two-hour drive from Cape Town, our client's retreat destination provides luxurious accommodations and specializes in distinctive family and holiday experiences, bespoke wedding and conference packages, and has emerged as a favored destination for honeymoons or getaways. The property features two farm-style restaurants and a well-stocked farm stall offering a diverse selection of fresh, local produce, complemented by customised farm experiences.
 
This is a live-in position.
 
Ideal Individual:
We have an opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie with luxury hospitality / lodge experience, passionate about cooking and curtated guest experiences, a commitment to sustainability, and a stable track record.
 
Position Requirements:
• Culinary qualification
• Previoius experience in a luxury hospitality / lodge beneficial
• A love for nature, local produce, and farm-style food philosophy
• Experience gained in all kitchen sections
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Creative and passionate about cooking
