Our client, a Luxury Boutique-style property, is situated along the unspoilt coastline of the De Hoop Nature Reserve. Accommodation includes a luxurious 5-bedroomed and a 4-bedroomed lodge, surrounded by coastal fynbos and the best whale watching area in Africa.
 
Our esteemed client is seeking to employ a Senior Management Couple to join their vibrant team.
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties in a similar environment
• Own transport
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong team management and time management skills
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 
Him:
 
• FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
• First Aid Level 1
• Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
• Excellent hosting skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Valid PDP
 
Her:
 
• Strong hosting skills
• All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
• PAN knowledge (essential)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Basic HR knowledge
• Strong administrative skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Driver’s licences would be an advantage
