A popular and historic Karoo farm Hotel and Glamping facility situated 2 hours from Cape Town, is looking to appoint a full-time Group Reservation Supervisor & Events Co-ordinator.
 
Head Office based; Cape Town; CBD
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
• 5+ years’ experience within a Hotel / Lodge in a similar role
• Familiar with general hotel booking systems
• Experience on SEMPER & NIGHTSBRIDGE is essential
• Experience with OTA/ STO/ MICE bookings
• In depth knowledge of setting up & making changes including room types; payment terms; specials & promotions on NIGHTSBRIDGE; SEMPER & OTAs
• Receive telephone calls & emails from guests; make bookings on the system
• Excellent knowledge and experience with PMS systems
• Good command of English and Afrikaans, written, verbal and computer
• Experience with events planning and activity bookings/co-ordination
• Friendly, courteous, and service-orientated
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Reports to the General Manager or appointed relief
