I am very reliable and consistent chef with 6 years of experience in busy restaurants any duties are as follows 

Mise-en-place Prep: Preparing ingredients (peeling, chopping, washing) and setting up workstations before service.Station Support: Assisting the Chef de Partie (station chef) with cooking duties and basic food production.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen, including sanitizing work areas, cleaning equipment, and adhering to food safety standards.

Inventory & Stock: Monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock to prevent spoilage.

Plating: Assembling and plating meals as instructed by senior chefs.

Skill Development: Learning, practicing, and rotating through different kitchen sections to gain experience

Education: High school diploma, food handler's license, and preferably a culinary arts certification.
Skills: Basic cooking knowledge, strong communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and keen attention to detail.

Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods
