Duties and Responsibilities:
Content & Media Production
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all photo and video shoots — from concept through to final delivery
- Capture and curate compelling visual content that reflects our wines, vineyards, people, and experiences
Content & Asset Management
- Organise and maintain all content and media assets
- Manage supplier deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Create engaging, high-quality content — from eye-catching visuals to scroll-stopping captions
- Stay ahead of trends and continuously evolve our approach
Community & Brand Engagement
- Act as the voice of the brand online — responding to comments, messages, and reviews with authenticity and care
- Build and nurture an engaged online community
Performance & Optimisation
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance
- Use insights to refine campaigns, identify opportunities, and maximise impact
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, promotions, and events
- Ensure seamless communication across departments
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand at events and public wine presentations when required
