A professional family based in the Paarl area is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable nanny to join their household.
Minimum Requirements:
- ECD (Early Childhood Development) qualification or relevant childcare background
- Valid First Aid certification
- Proven night nurse experience (essential)
- Willingness to travel with the family when required
- Comfortable working long hours
- Contactable references
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full childcare responsibilities (feeding, bathing, dressing, and supervising)
- Establishing and maintaining daily routines
- Assisting with night care when required
- Planning age-appropriate educational and stimulating activities
- School drop-offs and collections (if applicable)
- Preparing meals and snacks for the child/children
- Maintaining a clean and organised environment for the child (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, etc.)
- Monitoring developmental milestones and providing feedback to parents
- Travelling with the family when required
- Ensuring the child’s safety and well-being at all times
The ideal candidate must be nurturing, responsible, patient, and proactive, with a genuine passion for childcare.
Salary: R15 000-R18 000 per month (depending on experience)
