Our client is a picturesque wedding and function venue in the Stellenbosch Winelands, specialising in exquisite, personalised weddings for over 35 years. We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator with a hands-on approach to the overall event operations.

Job Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.

This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling event logistics, and driving financial targets.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing role that requires exceptional organisational ability, calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and weekend availability.
