Our esteemed client is a luxurious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Stellenbosch, situated on a private wine estate. This historic hotel boasts luxurious accommodation, unique and sophisticated dining experiences, and a tranquil spa with stunning mountain views.

We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to join our Client’s dynamic team. Reports to the Operations Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage service team in all facilities of the Hotel and Tasting Room. Responsible for ensuring the highest level of member service by overseeing all aspects of service and the service team during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment, and meeting all financial goals for sales and expenses.

Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multitask. Must have good supervisory skills. Must have good communication and ability to promote sales. Must be skilled in time management. Must have teaching and motivational skills.
