We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive wine and beer sales for our boutique estate and grow our presence across the Overberg.
You will lead sales and marketing initiatives, work closely with our production team, manage staff, and our venue, elevating it to a must-visit tourist destination.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in marketing/sales (wine industry preferred)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Passion for wine and a talent for selling
* Ability to grow sales and build brand presence
* Experience of Boutique Wine Estate management an advantage
* A high energy, dedicated individual that is driven by results
* Must be prepared to relocate to the surrounding area of Stanford
