Situated in the picturesque Swartland town of Riebeek-Kasteel, Kloovenburg Wine & Olive Estate is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant tasting room team as tasting room assistants during weekends and school holidays.
If you have a passion for wine and olives, enjoy engaging with people, and perform well in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host wine and olive tastings while delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Share knowledge about our wines, olives, estate history, and winemaking philosophy
- Promote and drive wine sales
- Maintain the tasting room to the highest presentation standards
- Operate the point-of-sale system
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in wine and hospitality
- Previous experience in wine, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
- Reliable transport to and from the estate
