Wine Machinery, a leading supplier of wine barrels, oak alternatives and winemaking
equipment to the wine industry, has an exciting position available for a Sales
Representative to join our team. We have been supplying and servicing the wine industry
for more than 30 years and we are currently looking for a knowledgeable, self-starting,
sales-loving individual with a team mentality to represent our premium collection of
products.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, target driven individual, who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people. You will be selling wine-related equipment, barrels and oak alternatives to the wine industry.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Previous wine industry experience with a degree or diploma in winemaking will be advantageous)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role
• Knowledge of the wine industry and equipment is essential
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Western Cape territory
• Stellar customer service skills
• Ability to travel internationally when required
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own territory to the best of your ability
