Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly connected and commercially minded Luxury Partnerships Manager for a prestigious luxury lifestyle and private members business based in Johannesburg.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality, travel, premium brands, and exclusive experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the overall lifestyle offering to members.

We are looking for someone naturally outgoing, polished, and well-networked — someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating exceptional experiences for a discerning clientele.

Package

  • Salary: R35 000 – R45 000 (dependent on experience)

  • Commission structure

The Role

The Luxury Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with luxury brands, suppliers, hospitality partners, and experience providers across a range of lifestyle sectors.

This role is focused on securing exclusive member benefits, curating premium partnerships, and expanding the company’s network within the luxury market.

The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador within the industry while collaborating closely with internal lifestyle and events teams to elevate the member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury hospitality, travel, dining, wellness, retail, and lifestyle partners

  • Secure exclusive member benefits, VIP access, and value-added offerings

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with the brand and member interests

  • Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements and supplier partnerships

  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders

Member Experiences & Lifestyle Offerings

  • Curate premium lifestyle experiences and exclusive opportunities for members

  • Collaborate with the Events team on member activations, launches, and networking events

  • Assist in sourcing unique experiences, access opportunities, and luxury offerings

  • Contribute to monthly member communications and lifestyle updates

Industry Networking & Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand at industry events, launches, and networking functions

  • Build visibility and relationships within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle space

  • Stay informed on luxury travel, dining, events, and lifestyle trends both locally and internationally

  • Continuously identify new suppliers, experiences, and emerging luxury brands

Team Collaboration & Business Support

  • Work closely with Lifestyle Managers to support member requests and supplier recommendations

  • Share supplier insights, partnership opportunities, and market trends with internal teams

  • Maintain accurate partnership records, supplier information, and benefit structures

  • Support broader business growth through relationship-building and lead sharing

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle management, partnerships, account management, events, or premium client services

  • Strong existing network within luxury hospitality, travel, dining, events, wellness, or premium brands advantageous

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or VIP clientele preferred

  • Commercially minded with strong relationship-building ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, polished, and confident presentation

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable attending events and engaging in networking environments

  • Strong administrative and CRM/system skills
