The Tasting House is looking for an energetic and experienced barman to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and can provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Assisting with stock control and bar setup
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times
Requirements:
- Previous bartending/bar experience essential
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer service will be an advantage
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
