Le Lude Estate, a 5-star boutique winery in Franschhoek specialising in award-winning Cap Classique, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to manage financial records and support daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience and be comfortable working across finance, inventory, and guest administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administration: Handle invoicing, debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and financial tracking using Xero or Pastel.
• Budget Support: Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock and operations records using Cin7 or similar systems.
• Guest Bookings & Administration: Coordinate wine tastings, tours, and event reservations, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (an advantage)
• Proficiency in financial software (Xero or Pastel) and inventory systems (Cin7 an advantage).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Must live near Franschhoek.
• Afrikaans-speaking essential.
