Farm Manager - Rustenburg

Well-established fruit farm in the North West/ Limpopo area is seeking an experienced Fruit Production Manager to oversee daily farming operations, orchard management, irrigation, labour, and harvest activities.

Responsibilities
Manage all fruit production activities
Supervise permanent and seasonal staff
Oversee irrigation, fertilisation, spraying, and pest control
Monitor crop health, yield, and quality
Manage harvesting and packhouse coordination
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
Control production costs and maintain farm records

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or related field
Minimum 2 years’ fruit farming/orchard management experience
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Knowledge of irrigation and pest management systems
Computer literate
Valid driver’s license
