A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a presentable and reliable individual to assist in the Tasting Room.
Duties include:
- Set up the restaurant/wine tasting in keeping with the reservations requirements for each day throughout the day
- Provide welcoming and friendly customer service to guests at all times
- Greet guests, pour welcoming drink and action introduction
- Barista duties
- Assist waitrons and wine advisors to clear and set up tables
- Assist waitron and wine advisors with guest service and duties
- Ensure that the retail display areas are neat, stocked and well presented.
- Clear all service areas at the end of each shift, and prepare for the next service period
- Assist with any other duties as needed and instructed by management
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good hygiene practices
- Barista experience
- Excellent Customer service standards
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills ( proficient in at least 2 languages)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Organising and coordination abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
