A leading fruit export company in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Commercial Logistics Administrator to join their team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fruit export logistics
- Strong understanding of export documentation and shipping processes
- Produce Linc experience advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Weekend availability essential during peak periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export documentation and logistics processes
- Coordinate shipments, loading instructions, and delivery slots
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, depots, and customers
- Maintain logistics data and reports
- Monitor container, vessel, and documentation status
