The Sales Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting sales growth and operational efficiency by providing practical, data-driven insights. This position combines sales analysis with administrative and operational support. This role is not purely analytical, it blends data analysis with day to day sales support, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales reports
- Monitor key metrics such as sales volumes, revenue and margins
- Plan, schedule and evaluate effectiveness of promotions
- Provide insights into customer preferences and buying patterns
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in spreadsheets
- Prepare reports for management to support decision making
- Support sales representatives with order processing, invoicing and basic sales administration
