Our esteemed client, is an upmarket Wine Estate, situated between Paarl and Franschhoek. This upmarket Bistro-Style Restaurant is well-known for their seasonal lunch menus, meticulously crafted from sustainability sourced and ethically grown ingredients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head Chef to oversee and manage the kitchen operations. Prior experience in a Head Chef role in an upmarket hospitality environment essential

The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach to food production. Strong culinary and operations skill set, passionate about hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and someone who cares about curated guest experiences. 3+ Years Head Chef experience in a high-end Bistro-style environment.

We are looking for a candidate with a stable track record, who resides in the local vicinity of Paarl / Franschhoek region.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• A formal qualification in Professional Cookery preferred

• Matric Certificate

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

• Calm demeanour and passionate about staff development and training
