Stellenbosch Tasting Room Manager & Sales Lead

We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Tasting Room Manager & Sales Lead to join our team in Stellenbosch.

This role will primarily focus on the day-to-day management and operation of our tasting room, while also contributing to wine sales, customer relationship development, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in wine sales, tasting room management, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Intrinsically motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for wine and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Own reliable transport is essential

Working Hours:

• Winter: Thursday – Sunday, 10:00 – 17:00
• Summer: Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 – 17:00

Remuneration:

• Competitive hourly base rate
• Commission structure on sales
