Join Us for Harvest 2027 at Quoin Rock Wines
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our cellar team for the 2027 harvest season.
Located in the picturesque Simonsberg region of Stellenbosch, Quoin Rock Wines offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a premium winemaking environment. Both Quoin Rock and Knorhoek wines are produced in the same cellar, providing exposure to a diverse range of wines and winemaking styles.
Harvest Period: January – May 2027
What We're Looking For

Previous harvest or cellar experience is advantageous but not essential.

A genuine interest in wine and wine production.

Strong work ethic and a good level of physical fitness.

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Final-year Stellenbosch University and Elsenburg students seeking practical harvest experience are encouraged to apply.

A winemaking degree is not required but will count in your favor — enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to work hard are what matter most.

Harvest Responsibilities

Monitoring fermentations

Pump-overs and punch-downs

Additions and cellar operations

Barrel work
-
Press management and cleaning

Crush pad setup, cleaning, and maintenance

General cellar hygiene and sanitation
