Stellenzicht Wines, situated in the beautiful Upper Blaauwklippen Valley, Stellenbosch, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Harvest Interns to join our team for the 2027 vintage.
We are a premium wine producer with a focus on Chardonnay, Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. During the harvest, interns will also gain valuable exposure to a range of other grape varieties and winemaking styles.
Contract Period: January 2027 – May 2027
One intern will be selected to extend their internship until December 2027, providing valuable experience in post-harvest cellar operations, maturation, blending, bottling preparations, and the full annual cellar cycle.
Working alongside our winemaking team, you'll be involved in all aspects of harvest, including:
- Grape intake and processing
- Juice and wine additions
- Fermentation management
- Cellar hygiene
- General cellar operations and harvest-related tasks
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in premium wine production while working as part of a dedicated and passionate winemaking team.
