Dekkersvlei Vineyards is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and professional individuals to join our Tasting Room team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with exceptional customer service.
- Present and conduct wine tastings.
- Promote and sell wines, platters, pizzas, and other products.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the tasting room.
- Assist with stock control and daily operational duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable Dekkersvlei experience.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or wine tasting experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Well presented with a professional attitude.
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Wine knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.
