Radford Dale Organic is looking for a trustworthy and motivated Vineyard & Farm Assistant to join the team at our organic farm in the beautiful Elgin valley. The role involves a wide range of farm activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vineyard operations and general farm activities
- Operate and maintain tractors, spray carts, and other farm equipment
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Uphold high standards of safety, responsibility, and care for the farm
Requirements:
- Proven experience with tractor and spray cart operation
- Reliable, honest, and able to take initiative
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- 3 to 5 years of vineyard experience
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Matric
