An exceptional opportunity exists for a polished and passionate Bartender to join the hospitality team of a prestigious luxury estate. We are seeking an individual who embodies professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences through outstanding beverage service.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender within a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium wine estate environment | Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty coffee preparation | Naturally engaging, articulate, and personable, with the ability to build rapport with discerning guests

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Delivering refined, attentive, and personalised service to every guest
  • Preparing and presenting premium wines, spirits, cocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages to the highest standard
  • Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and barista-style coffee preparation
  • Guiding guests with confident beverage recommendations and pairings
  • Maintaining an impeccably presented, well-stocked, and organised bar environment
  • Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and service excellence
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative, professional, and guest-focused team

Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender within a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium wine estate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty coffee preparation
  • Excellent knowledge of food /menu offerings
  • Naturally engaging, articulate, and personable, with the ability to build rapport with discerning guests
  • Immaculate personal presentation with a polished and professional demeanour
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to contribute to a high-performing team
  • Able to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
