Staff & Operations Management: Experienced in supervising farm labor, scheduling daily tasks, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining high productivity.
Crop & Livestock Assistance: Capable of overseeing daily farming operations, from planting and harvesting to livestock monitoring.
Resourceful Problem-Solver: Quick to adapt to emergency breakdowns or unexpected operational challenges to minimize downtime.
