Are you passionate about wine and eager to gain hands-on experience in the cellar? Stellenbosch Vineyards is looking for an enthusiastic Harvest Intern to join our team for the upcoming Harvest 2027 season.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with all aspects of the harvest process, including grape intake, sorting, fermentation monitoring, pressing, and cellar operations.
- Work closely with our winemaking team to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the vintage.
- Learn practical skills and gain insight into the art and science of winemaking.
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in wine production and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to work long hours, including weekends, during peak harvest.
- Own transport will be beneficial
