I am a 40-year-old experienced and responsible tradesman seeking a long-term position where I can take responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep and general care of a property.
I have over 22 years of experience in the timber and construction industry, with extensive practical skills in carpentry, woodworking, building and general property maintenance. I am also experienced in welding and steelwork, plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, repairs and general maintenance.
I am looking for an opportunity on a farm, estate, guesthouse, lodge or private property where a reliable, trustworthy and hands-on person is required to look after the property and premises. I am comfortable working independently, identifying problems and taking care of repairs and maintenance before they become bigger issues.
I have experience managing and maintaining properties and am able to assist with a wide range of general maintenance requirements. I am hardworking, practical, responsible and take pride in keeping a property well maintained and in good condition.
A position with on-site accommodation would be preferred, and I would be particularly interested in a long-term opportunity where I can become a dependable part of the property or estate.
