There is a particular kind of lunch that belongs to wine country: unhurried, generous, eaten outdoors with good company while the afternoon light moves through the vines. That is lunch at Noble Hill.
Our kitchen draws from the food cultures of the Mediterranean: the markets of Provence, the fishing ports of the Marseillaise coast, the olive groves of the eastern Mediterranean. Food that is direct and sun-drenched, built around good olive oil, fresh herbs, and honest ingredients.
We're looking for an experienced restaurant manager to own the operation: a small FOH team, 60–70 covers on peak days, and a kitchen in active development. The role requires someone who trains and holds standards without being asked, resolves guest issues before they escalate, and has the operational instinct to build systems that make the kitchen more consistent and the floor more resilient.
Hospitality experience is required. Kitchen management exposure - even from the floor side - is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in wine is expected.
This position requires Wednesday to Sunday availability. We are located in Simondium, approximately 15km from Paarl and 20km from Franschhoek. Salary commensurate with experience.
