At Idiom Wines, hospitality and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Wine Advisors to join our tasting room team. We have both seasonal and permanent positions available.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Conduct wine tastings and share knowledge about our wines and the Idiom brand.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest.
- Promote and sell wines, wine club memberships, and related products.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tasting room.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with events and other tasting room activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in wine, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- A passion for wine and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Own reliable transport is beneficial.
