Lourensford Wine Estate is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and energetic Wine Advisors to join our Tasting Room team.

As the face of our award-winning winery, you'll guide guests through memorable wine tasting experiences while sharing the story and heritage of Lourensford.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is friendly, confident, and enjoys working with people from around the world.
• Has previous hospitality, wine, or customer service experience
• Is eager to learn about wine and continually develop their knowledge.
• Works well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Is reliable, well-presented, and a team player.
• Is available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driver's lisence and own transport would be an optional extra

What you'll do:

• Present engaging wine tastings and cellar experiences.
• Recommend wines and assist guests with purchases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain the appearance and standards of the tasting room.
• Assist with stock control and daily operational duties.
