Disgorgement Equipment Operator - Klapmuts

Crown to Cork (Pty) Ltd is a specialized Cap Classique disgorging and sparkling wine production facility seeking a skilled and experienced Disgorgement Equipment Operator to join our team.

Location: Klapmuts

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience operating disgorgement, dosage, corking, wirehooding, labelling, or related wine bottling equipment.
• Experience in a Cap Classique or wine production environment will be advantageous.
• Ability to perform machine setup, changeovers, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, Health & Safety, and Food Safety requirements.
• Valid forklift licence will be advantageous.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Non-smoker preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor disgorgement and associated production equipment.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are achieved.
• Conduct machine inspections and report equipment faults.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and changeovers.
• Minimise downtime and product losses during production runs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
