Harvest Intern (January – April 2027)
Key Responsibilities

Grape receiving, sorting, processing, and press operations
-
Fermentation monitoring (brix, temperature, daily pump-overs, and punch-downs)

Addition of oenological products, yeast inoculation, and rehydration

Barrel management (filling, topping, and cleaning)

Cellar hygiene, equipment sanitation, and tank preparation

Assisting the winemaking team with routine laboratory analysis and sensory assessments
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Viticulture and Oenology (or related field)

Previous harvest experience is advantageous, though energetic candidates with a passion for wine will be considered

Strong physical stamina and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts during peak harvest

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cellar hygiene and safety standards

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport
