Blaauwklippen Vineyards, in Stellenbosch, is looking for a hardworking, diligent and reliable person to be part of our Harvest 2027 cellar team.
You will be involved in all aspects of winemaking during our harvest period. This will include grape processing, wine additions, pump-overs, racking and wine movements, fermentation monitoring, press operation & tank emptying, barrel work, cleaning and all other harvest related activities.
You will be exposed to making the following wines &/ cultivars:
- Cap Classique
- Wooded Chardonnay
- Dry Rosé
- 5 Bordeaux cultivars
The intern position is from 11 January 2027 until 31 May 2027. We will pay a set salary plus overtime. Own transport and accommodation needed.
