Durbanville Hills is seeking energetic, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Cellar Operations team on a temporary basis for the upcoming harvest season.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are available for seasonal employment.
We are recruiting temporary employees across the following areas:
Cellar Assistants
General Workers
Laboratory Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Support grape handling and production activities.
Load, unload, and move materials as required.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Assist with routine laboratory analyses and sample preparation.
Record and capture laboratory data accurately.
Support quality control processes during harvest.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 qualification.
Physically fit and able to work in a demanding cellar environment.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
Previous experience in a winery, cellar, laboratory, production, or agricultural environment will be advantageous.
