We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Wine Sales Agent to drive sales performance while taking ownership of a defined set of administrative functions that support the smooth running of the sales operation. This is a hands-on role suited to a candidate who is equally comfortable closing deals and keeping the back-office details in order.

Key Sales Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage relationships with existing clients

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to prospective clients

• Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline

• Maintain a weekly work schedule and plan, together with weekly activity logs, that align directly with and support the sales pipeline - this is a critical part of the role

• Build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Report on sales activity and performance as required

Administrative Responsibilities:

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following administrative duties:

• Coordinating logistics for local deliveries

• Filing and management of sales invoices

Position Requirements:

• Proven track record in a sales role, ideally in a senior or self-managed capacity

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport

• Comfortable coordinating logistics and working with invoicing/filing processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
