Our esteemed client, a Luxury Boutique Hotel & Wine Estate, strategically situated in Franschhoek, has garnered acclaim for its exceptional wines and hospitality guest experiences.
 
We are on the hunt for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of this esteemed property.
 
Candidates to reside in the local vicinity of Franschhoek.
 
THE ROLE
 
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that our Client’s guest rooms, restaurant, public areas, buildings, grounds, equipment and supporting infrastructure are maintained to a high standard and provide a safe, reliable and well-presented environment for guests and employees.
 
This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate must be comfortable personally
carrying out general maintenance and repairs while also supervising the maintenance
team, coordinating preventative maintenance and managing specialist contractors
when required.
 
As maintenance directly affects the guest experience, the successful candidate must
have excellent attention to detail, take pride in the appearance of the property and
understand the importance of completing maintenance work efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests.
