Logistics Coordinator - Stellenbosch

A family-owned winery in the Upper Blaauwklippen Valley, 10kms outside Stellenbosch, is looking for an experienced and motivated logistics person to join their small team, Mondays-Fridays from 08:00-17:00. The role is responsible for keeping Keermont’s wine sales, stock movement, dispatch, compliance documents, packaging readiness, website/order accuracy and tasting room experience aligned, while acting as the operational link between customers, suppliers, couriers, warehouses, accounts and management.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Invoicing & organizing all local and export orders, including all communication with clientele and necessary freight forwarders & delivery channels
• Ordering and managing dry stock (including label submissions)
• Liaising and managing labelling schedules
• Stock-takes and controls 
• Pastel sales reports for all regions
• Stock and store management
• SAWIS submissions, BG9 &11 applications
• SAWIS ONLINE Submissions (New Label Uploads/Approvals)
• Monthly SAWIS Stock Submissions
• Wine Online Administration
• Assisting with tastings, events & POS and cash ups plus Tasting Room Staff Tips Reconciliation

Skill Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is a prerequisite.
• Matric
• 3+ years’ experience in wine logistics
• WOSA Wine online and SAWIS online
• Excel Proficiency
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English (Afrikaans a bonus)
• Dealing with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work independently, under pressure with attention to detail

A market related salary is offered, according to qualifications and experience.
